A. Restriction: It shall be unlawful for any collection service or waste hauler, or other entity or person to collect, obtain, possess or pick up any recyclable item placed for collection as part of the Village of Fox Lake's Curbside Recycling Program, unless pursuant to authorization by the Village. For purposes of this subsection, authorization shall be pursuant to contract between the Village and the waste hauler conducting the Recycling Program. All waste hauler permits issued within the Village shall contain a statement incorporating the aforementioned restriction, as well as a statement advising the permittee of the areas within the Village in which the Village's Recycling Program is being conducted and to which the restriction stated in this subsection applies.
B. Penalty: Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 91-42, 10-15-1991)
