5-3-4: TRANSPORTING GARBAGE:

No person shall transport garbage, ashes and household refuse within the Village limits without covering such garbage, ashes and household refuse in such manner as to prevent odors and prevent spillage of such materials within the Village. (Ord. 83-22, 12-5-1983)
