In addition to any other penalty imposed by this chapter, any cost or expenses incurred for the removal of the nuisance set forth in subsection 5-1-3B2 of this chapter, said charges, expenses or debts shall be a lien upon the premises in accordance with the provisions of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-20-13 upon fulfillment of the provisions therein.
