Unless otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense subject to the penalties prescribed. (Ord. 2002-11, 3-18-2002)
