A. The abandonment of a watercraft or any part thereof on any waters of the village is unlawful and subject to penalties as set forth herein.
B. The abandonment of a watercraft or any part thereof on private or public property, other than a waterway, in view of the general public, anywhere in this village is unlawful except on property of the owner or bailee of such abandoned watercraft. (Ord. 2002-11, 3-18-2002)
