4-5-5: PENALTIES:

   A.   Any person who violates sections 314-1 to 314-8 or 316-1 of the State law adopted herein shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   B.   Any person who violates sections 315-1 or 315-2 of the State law adopted herein shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and in the discretion of the court may be refused the privilege of operating any watercraft on any of the waterways of the State for a period not exceeding one year.

   C.   Any person who violates sections 315-3 to 315-6, 315-7.5, 315-8 to 315-11 of the State law adopted herein or Sections 4-5-3 or 4-5-4, shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 80-18, 4-21-80)
