Every person owning, possessing, keeping or harboring any dog within the limits of the village shall obtain a license for said dog. The license fee for each such dog shall be five dollars ($5.00) and the license shall be valid until the next succeeding June 30. Any renewal of such license shall be due and payable on July 1 of each year. The village clerk shall keep a record of all such licenses issued. (Ord. 2005-31, 7-26-2005)
