4-1-6-5: TRESPASSING:
   A.   Trespass Prohibited:
      1.   A person commits trespass if he or she enters upon the land or any part thereof of another, after receiving, immediately prior to such entry, notice from the owner or occupant that such entry is forbidden or remains upon the land of another after receiving notice from the owner or occupant to depart, or if he or she, without authority, enters into any building of another or any part thereof or without authority remains in any building of another or part thereof.
      2.   A person has received notice from the owner or occupant if he or she has been notified personally, either orally or in writing, or if a printed or written notice forbidding such entry has been conspicuously posted or exhibited at the main entrance thereof.
   B.   Trespass to Vehicles: A person commits criminal trespass to vehicles if he or she knowingly and without authority enters upon or into any vehicle, aircraft or watercraft or any part thereof of another without his or her consent.
