4-1-6-4: PROPERTY DAMAGE:

A. A person commits criminal damage to property if he or she knowingly damages any property of another without permission of the owner. (Ord. 79-30, 12-17-79)

B. It shall be unlawful for anyone to injure, deface or interfere with any property belonging to the Village without proper authority from the Village Board. (1975 Code §1.06)
