No person shall, within the village or over all waters within or bordering upon the municipality, to the extent of three (3) miles beyond the corporate limits of the village, keep, maintain, frequent, contribute to or be connected with as lessor, lessee or otherwise:
A. Any disorderly house.
B. Any house, store, garage, shop or other place where any person is permitted or suffered to make any improper noise or disturbance. (Ord. 89-20, 2-6-1989)
C. Any house, store, garage, shop or other place where any person is permitted or suffered to play with dice, cards, balls, tickets, dominoes or other devices used in gaming; provided, however, holding a license as a video gaming facility shall not in and of itself cause a violation of this section.
D. Any house, store, garage, shop or other place for the encouragement of idleness, gambling, intoxication, adultery, fornication, lewdness or other immoral practices; provided, however, holding a license as a video gaming facility shall not in and of itself cause a violation of this section.
