3-12-10: PRIZES:

A. The maximum cash prize awarded in any raffle shall be two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00).

B. The maximum retail value of a noncash prize awarded in any raffle shall be one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).

C. The aggregate value of all prizes awarded in a single raffle shall not exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00). (Ord. 2016-38, 11-8-2016)
