3-11-16: PENALTY:

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day of continuation of an offense shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 96-31, 8-19-1996; amd. Ord. 2017-48, 10-24-2017)
