3-11-14: RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
   A.   The Village reserves the right to disconnect the services connected with monitoring of any alarm system after giving sixty (60) days' written notice of intention to disconnect.
   B.   The Village is under no obligation to provide this special type of monitoring service to any person, and, the Village expressly reserves the right to deny to any person the privilege of connecting an alarm system to facilities of the Village.
   C.   In those instances in which an alarm is activated and a Village police officer responds by going to the premises, and, finds no evidence of breaking and entering, the Village police officer shall not be required to remain at the premises.
   D.   In those instances in which an alarm is activated and a Village police officer responds by going to the premises, and, if he finds evidence of breaking and entering, the investigating officer will remain at the premises until the owner or his agent comes to the premises in response to the alarm.
