Upon approval of an application for permit, an alarm user may utilize an alarm system connected to a central answering point other than the Village's facility. The operator of such answering point shall first attempt to determine the validity of an alarm signal and, if unable to do so, shall notify the Village Police Department whether the signal is believed to be a valid or genuine alarm.
