3-11-4: ALARM USER PERMITS:

A. No alarm user shall be authorized to operate an alarm system, other than a local alarm as defined herein, without first obtaining an alarm user's permit.

B. All alarm users presently operating an alarm system, other than a local alarm as defined herein, shall apply for an alarm user permit within sixty (60) days following the passage of this Chapter. (Ord. 96-31, 8-19-1996)
