In order to ensure consistent handling of requests for police alarms, both for local and out-of-town residents and local and out-of-town enterprises, it is necessary to follow established and uniform procedures.
This Chapter shall apply to:
A. All alarm services which have a direct connection to the alarm console in the Village Police Department communications center.
B. Any other alarm system or service which is designated or capable of directly or indirectly summoning the Village Police Department or causing the Village Police Department to be summoned to a location within their jurisdiction. (Ord. 96-31, 8-19-1996)
