A. Inspection: The Chief of Police, or any police officers designated by him, shall be charged with the inspection of licensed premises. It is the intent of this Chapter that such premises and all parts thereof shall be available to such inspection at any reasonable time, provided only that such inspection will not be of such nature or at such time as to impede the orderly conduct of business upon the premises in which the business is conducted.
B. Bond: Every servicing agency shall be bonded in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) payable to the Village to secure the Village from the expense of auditing where licensee fails to maintain proper records, or so maintains them that audit is needed to determine if such records as are required hereby have, in fact, been maintained; provided that, no recovery shall be had which exceeds the actual cost of audit.
