The name of this Chapter is the FOX LAKE OFF-TRACK SERVICING AGENCIES ORDINANCE. The purpose is to provide for the licensing and supervision within the Village of businesses which are conducted, under whatever form, to supply agents for the lawful purchase of parimutuel tickets for members of the general public, to the end that such businesses shall be conducted according to those accounting and business standards which will insure and safeguard the public safety and welfare.
