No person soliciting pursuant to this section 3-4-20 on behalf of such an organization shall intentionally or unnecessarily hinder, obstruct or delay, or wilfully or unnecessarily attempt to delay, hinder or obstruct any other person from lawfully conducting his or her business in and upon the commercial establishment in which the solicitation is undertaken.
