Unless otherwise provided, any person who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this title shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2002-22, 5-14-2002)
