The duties of the Planning and Zoning Commission are as follows:
A. To perform such duties as provided by the previous Plan Commission as specified in section 9-1-6-4, "Village Plan Commission", of the Fox Lake zoning ordinance.
B. To perform such duties as provided by the previous Zoning Board of Appeals as specified in section 9-1-6-3, "Zoning Board Of Appeals", of the Fox Lake zoning ordinance.
C. To perform such duties of a Plan Commission as authorized by division 12 1 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
D. To perform such duties of a Zoning Board of Appeals as authorized by division 13 2 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
E. To perform such additional duties as are outlined in the Fox Lake zoning ordinance, this Code or the Illinois Municipal Code. (Ord. 2017-12, 3-14-2017, eff. 5-1-2017)
