ZONING ORDINANCE
2-4-1: ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS:
   A.   There is hereby established a building board of appeals in conformity with the provisions of the various codes adopted by the village related to building and construction matters.
   B.   The building board of appeals shall consist of the members of the board of trustees, including the village president, who shall serve as president of the building board of appeals. (Ord. 2012-15, 6-26-2012)
