A. Application; Fee: Upon request, the Village Clerk shall furnish a sample application which shall describe the information required for review by the Village. Said application shall be filed in quadruplicate with the Village Clerk and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the sum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Special meeting expense shall be in addition to the application fee. (Ord. 80-40, 11-17-1980)
B. Review By Economic Development Strategic Planning Team: One (1) copy of such application shall be furnished to the Economic Development Strategic Planning Team. The Economic Development Strategic Planning Team shall review and examine the application and shall make recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees concerning the economic viability of the proposed development.
C. Review By Planning And Zoning Commission: One (1) copy of such application shall be furnished to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall review the application and shall make recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees concerning the suitability of the proposed development as part of the overall plan for the Village. D. Additional Information: If the President and Board of Trustees or any of the above bodies request additional information from the applicant, then no final action shall be taken on the application until such additional information is supplied in satisfactory form.
