§ 152.319 WIND ENERGY MONITORING STATION.

A wind energy monitoring station is permitted by right in all zoning districts, shall not exceed the maximum height permitted for any potential WECS permitted in that zoning district, shall require a building permit if required by the building official, and shall be removed within 14 months from the installation date.
