§ 152.315 INTENT AND PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this subchapter to establish regulations and conditions for wind energy conversion systems which are applicable to all districts of this chapter unless otherwise indicated. This subchapter is intended to provide for the safe, effective, and efficient regulation of small and large wind energy conversion systems whether they are tower mounted or structure mounted.
