§ 152.299 CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT BY VILLAGE COUNCIL.
   Upon receipt of a report and summary of hearing comments from the Planning Commission as provided for in the Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, the Village Council may hold an additional public hearing, if it considers it necessary, or may proceed to adopt or amend the proposed amendment. If the Village Council proposes to amend the amendment, then the procedures described in the Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, shall be followed. [Amended 3-10-2008]
