§ 152.251 BUILDING ADDITIONS AND CHANGE OF USE.
   Whenever a building, structure, or use is modified, expanded, and changed in use from one category to another, and such activity requires a permit pursuant to this chapter, the parking space requirements shall be reviewed and made to comply with the standards of this chapter.
