§ 152.080 SWIMMING POOLS.

Pools shall be constructed in conformance with the Village Building Code and shall conform to the setback requirements for accessory uses pursuant to § 152.051. Pools shall be located in accordance with the requirements of the Michigan Department of Public Health.
