§ 152.070 PERMITTED FRONT SETBACK REDUCTIONS.
   (A)   Where the established front yards for existing main buildings within 200 feet of the side lot line of, and in the same zoning district as, a subject lot are less than the required front yard for the zoning district of the subject lot, the required front yard for the subject lot shall be the average front yard of existing main buildings entirely or partially within 200 feet of the side lot lines of the subject lot, subject to divisions (B) and (C) of this section.
   (B)   The front yard reduction permitted in division (A) of this section shall only be permitted if there are two or more lots occupied by main buildings within the area described for computing the average front yard.
   (C)   In no case shall the front yard setback resulting from the application of these provisions, be less than 15 feet.
