(A) Fences and walls in front yards of all districts shall not exceed three and one-half feet in height, and shall be of non-solid construction, such as cyclone fencing, which have openings of at least 75% in each square foot of fencing, or wall.
(B) Solid walls and fences, and those of open construction, not exceeding six feet in height are permitted in side and rear yards of all districts.
(C) Finished sides of fences must face out.
