(A) The cul-de-sac shall be determined to commence at the intersection of the radius of the cul-de-sac with the street right-of-way line.
(B) The minimum lot width for a lot on a cul-de-sac shall be measured at a line drawn between the two points located at the intersection of a line extending along the side lot lines equal to the distance of the required front setback.
(C) A lot on a cul-de-sac shall have not less than 40 feet of lot frontage as measured along the front lot line.
