KENNEL, COMMERCIAL. Any lot or premises on which more than four domesticated household pets (but not including wild, vicious or exotic animals) six months or older are kept, either permanently or temporarily, either for sale, breeding, boarding, training, hobby, protection, or pets, subject to the regulation set forth herein regulating private and commercial kennels.
