The Planning Commission may make recommendations to the Village Council, to public officials (including the Zoning Board of Appeals) and to citizens regarding all matters relating to the planning and development of the village and the surrounding area. The Planning Commission may make studies, hold hearings and prepare reports and recommendations on its own initiative or at the request of the Village Council.
