The Planning Commission may appoint such employees and contract for consulting advice on municipal problems as it may deem necessary for its work. Expense for such services and any other expenses as the Commission may lawfully incur, including the necessary expenditures incurred by its members in the performance of their duties as members of the Planning Commission, shall be paid for with the amounts appropriated for the purpose by the Village Council, which shall provide the funds, equipment and accommodations necessary for the Planning Commission's work.
