§ 151.22 PUBLIC WALKWAYS.

Locations of public walkways may be required by the Planning Commission to obtain satisfactory pedestrian circulation within the subdivision, where blocks are approved to exceed the standard maximum length. The right-of-way width of all such public walkways shall be at least 12 feet and shall be a dedicated easement.
