§ 151.20 UNDERGROUND WIRING.

In all residential subdivisions hereafter approved, all wires, cables and lines for the distribution of electrical energy or telecommunication service in and to buildings and all wiring of light poles in such subdivision shall be located underground or along rear lot lines.
