§ 151.04 LEGAL BASIS.
   These regulations are enacted pursuant to the statutory authority granted by the Municipal Planning Act (Act 285 Mich. P.A. 1931, as amended), and the Land Division Act (Act 288 Mich. P.A. 1967. as amended).
