§ 150.01 EXEMPTION FROM STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE REVERSED.

Due to the repeal of the Building Code of the village, which had been established by Ordinance 63, and pursuant to Public Act 442 of 1978, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1508, the village's previous exemption from the State Construction Code is hereby reversed.
