(A) The Business District of the village, being that portion of Main Street from the intersection of Third Street on the south to Wayne Street on the north, shall have parking limitations of two hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and shall be signed accordingly.
(B) The “commuter lot,” being that parking lot owned by the village located south of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad tracks, between Maple and Sorrell Streets in the village, shall be primarily for the purpose of commuter parking and shall have a parking limit of 24 hours.
(C) The “water tower lot” located within the village adjacent to the water tower, owned by the village, shall be deemed customer parking and business parking and shall have a parking limitation of two hours.
(D) The Village Council shall install signs at each location set forth above, setting forth the parking limitations therein.
(E) No vehicle shall turn around or make a U-turn within the Business District as herein defined.
