(A) Village officers shall receive compensation for the performance of duties of their respective offices as provided in this section.
(B) The amount of compensation due and the frequency and manner of payment shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Council, before the services are rendered.
(C) The compensation of the President is payable in a uniform monthly amount for services including attendance at Council meetings and the performance of other duties of the office.
(D) Each trustee shall be compensated in a standard amount for attendance at Council meetings, plus a uniform monthly stipend for other duties.
(E) The Village Clerk and the Village Treasurer shall received sums to be determined by resolution of the Council from time to time for fulfilling the duties of their respective offices. Other village officers shall receive such compensation for services rendered the village as prescribed by the Council.
