(a) No person shall maliciously or recklessly throw, cast or sling a stone, pellet or other missile by hand or by other means of an air rifle, air gun, sling shot or other device.
(b) Archery fishing shall be permitted on all waters inside the City limits where fishing is allowed. Any fishing shall be attached to a line.
(c) Archery practice shall be permitted within the City limits provided a suitable backstop is used in a safe area of the property. A suitable backstop shall consist of any material that will prevent complete penetration of the arrow or bolt used.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
