(a) No dead, unburied, and unslaughtered animals, or any part thereof, shall be kept, rendered, or dried out within the limits of the City.
(b) The Dog Warden, upon receiving notice from any person or persons that a dead animal is lying on any public grounds, street, lane, alley, or any private lot or premises within the City, shall immediately remove the animal, and properly dispose of or bury the carcass in accordance with the ordinances of the City. (c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
