505.22 BURIAL OF ANIMALS.

(a) No owner or possessor of any animal that shall have died from disease or been accidentally or designedly killed, shall knowingly suffer the same to lie or to be buried on or in any street, sidewalk, or other public ground, or any private lot or premises within the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
