374.08 INSPECTION OF BICYCLES.

The Chief of Police, or any police officer, shall inspect each bicycle presented to him for licensing and shall have the authority to refuse to approve the application for a license for any bicycle found to be in an unsafe mechanical condition. (1979 Code 75.25)
