No operator or person in charge of any commercial vehicle of a tractor-trailer type shall park such vehicle in the congested traffic area between the hours of midnight and 8:00 a.m. on any secular or week day.
For the purpose of this section the congested traffic area is designated to be: Perry Street from the intersection of Perry Street with Main Street to the south line of Fremont Street; Main Street from the intersection of Main Street with the north line of Crocker Street to the intersection of Main Street with the south line of Fremont Street; south side of Sandusky Street from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with Potter Street, including all that portion of McDougal Street west of Potter Street; west side of Potter Street; North Street from the intersection of North Street with the west line of Wood Street to the intersection of North Street with the east line of Poplar Street; Center Street from the intersection of Center Street with the west line of Wood Street to the intersection of Center Street with the east line of Poplar Street; Tiffin Street from the intersection of Tiffin Street with the west line of Wood Street to the intersection of Tiffin Street with the east line of Poplar Street; South Street from the intersection of South Street with the west line of Wood Street to the intersection of South Street with the east line of Poplar Street; the west side of Wood Street from the intersection of the south line of North Street with the west line of Wood Street to the intersection of the north line of South Street with the west line of Wood Street; east side of Poplar Street from its intersection with the south line of North Street to the intersection of the north line of South Street with the east line of Poplar Street; the east side of the first north and south alley west of Main Street between Tiffin Street and South Street and the strip of land approximately 22 feet in width adjoining the alley on the east in Foster Park with the exception of the bandstand.
