(a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle onto Main Street from any alley between North Street on the north and Crocker Street on the south. However, nothing herein shall prevent any vehicle from entering the alleys from Main Street; nor shall it be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle onto Main Street from the alleys when the alleys are blocked so that the vehicle cannot leave the alleys in any other way. (b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
