747.01 PERMITTED USE.

(a) Council hereby declares a medical marijuana dispensary a permitted use as long as it is located within a B-1 (Neighborhood Business) or B-2 (General Business) zoning district as outlined on the Zoning District Map.

(b) The dispensing of medical marijuana within the City corporation limits shall be limited to no more than one (1) medical marijuana dispensary within either the B-1 or B-2 zoning districts and subject to all other applicable zoning and permits.
