311.04 TOY VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   Any person on roller skates or riding on or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard, or similar device upon a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian on such sidewalk.
   (b)   No person on roller skates or riding on or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard, or similar device shall go upon any sidewalk within the Central Downtown District which is bounded on the north by Fremont Street, on the south by Crocker Street, on the east by Poplar Street, and on the west by Wood Street.    (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
