505.26 AUTHORITY OF THE ZONING INSPECTOR.

The City Zoning Inspector is empowered to act as a law enforcement officer to enforce Chapter 505 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Fostoria, Ohio. This section of the Codified Ordinances shall not be interpreted to affect the Zoning Inspector’s duties, powers and authorities as stated elsewhere in the Codified Ordinances.
