(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized, directed and empowered to create reasonable regulations, with the assistance and oversight of the Director of Law, concerning the use and regulation of the City’s compost depot. The said regulations may be amended from time to time by the Director of Public Service and Safety, with the approval of the Director of Law, without further councilmatic action.
(b) Violation of the Director’s regulations concerning the Compost Depot shall be punishable as a minor misdemeanor.
